I am a values-driven design leader with a history of unlocking value for investors and organizations prioritization and business tradeoffs. At the heart of UX is empathy. User research gives designers an approach to gaining empathy for the users they're designing for. Without the understanding of what others see, feel, and experience, design is a pointless task.
my story
Flash forward to my teen age I discovered
my ability to imagine, and instantly make any stories that can engross
listners. I discovewred my poatic skills and writing fantasy stories, able to
publish several prestigious literature journals and won various competitions. I
also developed my stage acting skills which makes me more connected to people
and looking them with extream sensitivity.
At grad school when I was doing my bachelor
in Computer Engineering I exercised intensively being an effective
communicator, an active listener, and a facilitator during this time. I’d pay
close attention to the details to investigate and identify the problems and use
my creative mind to create solutions that mattered to help people thrive and
live their best lives. Then UX Design came along into my world.
As a child, I felt that I was different
than most humans. I mean, don’t we all?
Looking back, I always was the sensitive
type. The introverted type. The kind that liked helping people or being the
helping hand. A total giver, observer, and natural problem-solver.
value driven design
Value-driven design aims to create products that add value to the user's life. This doesn't just mean monetary value; it can also refer to emotional, social, or practical value. I focus on what your users genuinely value, you can design experiences that resonate with them and encourage loyalty to your brand.
“uX design alone is no longer enough
most uX designers are currently unemployable.”
Organizations that hire focus on the direct
impact on the business and cannot afford to spend money on multiple roles. UX
researchers, UX designers, UI designers, interaction designers, among others,
emerged from an economy of abundance. Times changed.
The harsh truth is that any of those design
roles alone is no longer enough to guarantee a good, high-paying job. Companies
are looking for designers who can “do it all.” They need someone who can
execute varied strategies to improve the business—all on their own, throughout
the entire design process. AND this is
my strenth. I am truely “All in one
designer”
value for start-up
Users often don’t behave the way stakeholders expect them to – this is often quite a learning curve for them. I have a proven track record to demonstrate the thinking behind the behaviour, and thus, the reasoning for the UX strategy direction.
