Over a decade of experience in enterprise UX/Product design. Manager, Mentor, Strategist. Over six years of entrepreneurial/startup experience as Head of UX.

Agradoot is a rare blend of engineering, design, and management skills and has a un​ique experience working in multiple countries and cultural landscapes. He is a thorough end-to-end UX professional who is hands-on with all the latest UX tools and technology but has skills in leading a design team and driving the overall UX strategy and vision of the entire organization. 

He graduated with Computer Sc. & Engineering with a distinction and specialized in Human- computer interaction. He invented a few design methodologies and has research papers and patents.

Agradoot is an award-winnin g photographer specializing in fine art, fashion, people, and nature. Humans think in images, not words. One of Agradoot's goals as a photographer is to be passionately creative when delivering non-homogenized images that tell stories. He has won awards from various international competitions, including showcased in the prestigious Lovre Museum in Paris. 

He works commercially for wedding, event, and product photo shoots in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a fully equipped studio and also works on location with professional lighting and other accessories such as backdrops, props, artificial light sticks, tents, etc.  

author of best seller fiction novel and children picture book writer

Agradoot's first Bengali Novel, 'Atanur Suyopoka'—The Story of An atu's Caterpillar, was published in 2018 and has sold over three thousand copies, which is quite an enormous achievement for any first-time Indian regional language writer. His first English children's picture book, "The Story of a Storyteller Grandma," was published in the US in 2024. Another three books are waiting to be published this year in India and the US.
